What is your shipping policy within the USA?

We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Can I return a product if it doesn't suit my baby's skin?

We want you to be completely satisfied. If a product isn't right for your baby, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
